01 - In a large saucepan, pour apple juice, orange juice, and pineapple juice together.
02 - Incorporate orange slices, lemon slices, cinnamon sticks, cloves, star anise, and sliced ginger into the saucepan.
03 - Warm the mixture over medium heat until steaming without boiling, approximately 15 to 20 minutes.
04 - Stir in honey or maple syrup to achieve desired sweetness.
05 - Remove from heat and strain out the spices and fruit slices if preferred.
06 - Serve hot in mugs, optionally garnished with an orange slice or cinnamon stick.
