Red White Blue Ice Cubes (Printable Format)

Layered red, white and blue ice cubes with blueberries, coconut and strawberries for festive drinks.

# What You Need:

→ Fruit

01 - 1/2 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
02 - 1/2 cup strawberries, hulled and chopped
03 - 1/2 cup fresh coconut meat or unsweetened shredded coconut

→ Liquids

04 - 1 cup coconut water
05 - 1 cup natural blueberry juice
06 - 1 cup natural strawberry juice or cranberry juice

# How-To Steps:

01 - Wash blueberries thoroughly. Hull and chop strawberries into small pieces. If using fresh coconut meat, cut into small chunks.
02 - Fill each ice cube compartment one-third full with blueberries. Add enough blueberry juice to just cover the fruit. Freeze for approximately 1 hour until layer is solid.
03 - Once blue layer is frozen, place coconut meat pieces or a pinch of shredded coconut on top of the first layer. Pour coconut water until the compartment is two-thirds full. Freeze for 1 hour until firm.
04 - Top with chopped strawberries and pour in strawberry or cranberry juice to fill each compartment to the top. Freeze for an additional 2 hours or until completely solid.
05 - Remove fully frozen ice cubes from the tray. Add to lemonade, sparkling water, or cocktails for a colorful festive presentation.
