01 - In a small saucepan, combine honey, hot sauce, and apple cider vinegar. Heat gently over low heat, stirring until fully blended and warmed through. Set aside.
02 - Pat halloumi slices dry using paper towels. Lightly dust both sides of the slices with flour to ensure even coating.
03 - Add olive oil to a large nonstick skillet and warm over medium-high heat until shimmering.
04 - Carefully add the flour-dusted halloumi slices to the hot skillet. Fry for 2 to 3 minutes per side, turning once, until the surfaces are golden brown and crisp.
05 - Arrange fried halloumi on a serving dish. Drizzle generously with hot honey and finish with fresh thyme or parsley. Add lemon wedges on the side and serve immediately.
