01 - Place vanilla ice cream, milk, peppermint extract, vanilla extract, and green food coloring into blender canister.
02 - Blend on high speed until mixture becomes completely smooth and creamy, approximately 30-45 seconds. Add additional milk 1 tablespoon at a time if thinner consistency is preferred.
03 - Taste shake and adjust peppermint extract or food coloring as desired. Remember peppermint extract is potent, add no more than 1/4 teaspoon additional.
04 - Pour evenly between two tall glasses. Top immediately with whipped cream, maraschino cherry, and green sprinkles. Serve cold.
