01 - Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - Combine ground chicken, egg, Parmesan, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl. Mix until fully blended.
03 - Transfer mixture onto prepared baking sheet. Using wet hands, shape into a 12-inch round, about 1/2 inch thick.
04 - Bake chicken crust for 18–20 minutes or until golden and fully cooked.
05 - Sprinkle mozzarella evenly over the baked crust. Return to oven for 3–5 minutes, until cheese is melted and bubbly.
06 - Allow crust to cool for 5 minutes before topping.
07 - In a bowl, toss chopped romaine lettuce with Caesar dressing.
08 - Top crust with dressed romaine, cherry tomatoes, crumbled bacon, and shaved Parmesan. Season with black pepper.
09 - Slice pizza and serve immediately.
